In the Kitchen

I've been spending more time in the kitchen trying new recipes.  I whipped up a double batch of the grain free/gluten free flat bread--I recently found the recipes on line.  I'm getting quicker at it now and that is good because we love them and I need to keep them on hand.  Here's the lunch I made hubby today--chicken salad sandwiches.  And a little Pyrex in action picture.
